Independent service
Simply Draft is an independent provider. SEE Reports does not prepare, supervise or warrant Simply Draft’s drawings, advice, fees, timing or services.
Consent and information
No referral is sent automatically. You choose whether to open and send the introduction email, and you can review the property and proposal information before sending it.
Referral tracking
Each introduction contains a unique SEE Reports referral ID so both businesses can identify the enquiry without relying on a phone handoff.
Commercial disclosure
If SEE Reports receives a fee or commission for an introduction, that arrangement will be disclosed before you consent to the referral.
